What to Expect from Your Visit
Our friendly and knowledgeable staff will provide you with a personal grooming consultation to cover all areas of your pet's grooming, including skin care and grooming recommendations. We can also provide you with after-care instructions to keep your pet healthy and happy in between your spa visits. We use all-natural, pH-balanced products and 95% Hand blow dry your pet. Hugs and Kisses for your pet are always included in all grooming.

Calm and Kissable Spa Day
Start with a calm and soothing Lavender facial with aromatic extracts of Lavender, Ylang Ylang, Jasmine, and Sandalwood. Next, your pup will be kissable fresh after a thorough tooth brushing; finish off with an organic silk conditioner to brighten and rehydrate your pup's coat.
The Perfect Paw Spa Treatment
Soothing oatmeal and the essence of warm vanilla will restore and renew dry, cracked, and damaged pads leaving your pet's paws. Rejuvenated and refreshed, finish off with a smoothing nail Dremel; your pup's footsies will be pawsitively perfect!

Pre-Groom Etiquette
Please take your pet to do any "business" before the spa visit as he/she could be naturally nervous in a new environment. We want to make the spa experience as wonderful as possible for your pet, and potty accidents are not fun! We are located less than half a block from Mira Costa Park in San Clemente, a beautiful place for you to take and help your dog to prepare for a fantastic spa visit!
Additionally, please be courteous to our neighbors by picking up after your pet.
Dogs in Heat
We ask that you help preserve our peaceful environment and use a two-week window to avoid your dog being groomed during or near that "time of the month." Dogs that require an exception may opt for Private Grooming appointments following normal business hours.
Post Groom Etiquette
All pets should be picked up within one hour of completion of services unless prior arrangements have been made with the grooming staff.
Cleanliness Is Next to Dogliness
Your pet will be kept in a safe and loving environment with fresh water, clean towels, and a sanitized kennel for an optimum spa experience.
What We Expect from Clients
To protect the health and well-being of all of our pet family members:
Doggies: Must be current on Rabies, Distemper, and Parvo vaccinations. We also highly recommend vaccination for Bordetella (Kennel Cough) and K9 influenza.
Kitties: Must be current on Rabies, FVRCP, and Leukemia.
For Your Convenience
We offer a monthly in-house, veterinarian-supervised, walk-in vaccination clinic. Please check to verify specific clinic dates and times. You may also schedule an in-house appointment for anesthesia-free teeth cleaning on specific dates through Qualified Pet Dental.
